Types of Call
Information about each of the calls that we offer

On-Boarding Call
These calls are for new clients coming on board with the team. You will meet with your coach online for an in depth discussion about your individualised program to ensure you are set up to start training. This is also an opportunity to ask any questions you may have before starting.

Current Client Call
These calls are for current clients looking for additional time to discuss anything related to their training. Athletes might want to discuss the upcoming plan for a competition, more detailed discussion around technique, or the plan for the next block. A summary of the call is provided as a reminder of the discussion and ensure any goals that are set can being met.

Consultation Call
These calls are for anyone looking for advice or guidance related to powerlifting. You may wish to discuss how to level up your coaching business, troubleshoot your own program or issues related to your own clients training. The call agenda will be led by you to discuss what you need. You will be emailed beforehand to request more info so your coach can be prepared for the consultation. A summary of the call is provided as a reminder of the discussion.
